These hackle covers quickly and easily clip on and off to protect the sharp points. They are firmly held to the hackle by strong magnets making them so convenient and easy to use.

We are so excited to offer these caps for all our Combs and Hackles! Here are a few special things about our unique design:

• Quick and easy to install and use. These caps snap on and off in a second.
• Holds firmly to the hackle with a strong magnet. No need to worry about the cap falling off if you move them around.
• Install the cap while your hackle is full of fiber! Covers the top 5/8" of your hackles, completely covering the sharp points while leaving the rest of the hackle open. If you need to leave the hackle loaded for a few minutes you can clip on a cap until you have a chance to diz off your fiber.

To choose the correct size, just select the size hackle you own.

Please note: Cherry naturally darkens with exposure to light. If you have purchased our Hackles in the past they will likely have begun to darken and these caps will be a lighter color when they first arrive. Over time they will darken with age like your hackles to the beautiful Cherry tone you're used to.
